Placement of Orders

Orders, along with the payment, should be received by us at least 48 hours before the delivery date, from Monday to Saturday between 10.30 am to 7.00 p.m. I.S.T. Our computer section remains closed on Sundays. In case of Rich Plum and Rich Fruit cakes, orders, along with the payment should be placed a minimum of 15 days before required delivery date.
Order confirmation
Within 24 hours of receiving your order and payment, we shall send you your order confirmation on your email address. If you do not receive your confirmation mail, 24 hours before delivery, please contact us immediately.

Phone orders

If you prefer to place your orders via telephone, you can contact us on the following telephone nos. , 00-91-11-23324373, 23324403, 23324594 or fax your order to no. 00-91-11-23352142. Orders can be placed on phone from 10.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m., Indian Standard Time, on all days of the week. In case of phone orders, payment shall be taken at the time of delivery from the person taking delivery, for this the local telephone no. and name of contact person will have to be provided. Alternatively, payment should be received by us by cheque at least 48 hours before delivery of order in favour of WENGER and COMPANY.

Delivery of Orders

We can arrange for delivery of orders in Delhi only. Deliveries are made from Monday through Saturday. Delivery Charges are extra and depend on the distance from our location in Connaught Place. Please refer to chart while ordering.

Pricing

Prices displayed are inclusive of all current taxes but exclusive of delivery or any other charges that may be applicable. Although every effort is made to keep the price lists updated, in case of any discrepancy, prices prevailing at the time of ordering shall be charged. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. A flat fee of 10% of the value of the order (excluding delivery charges, if any) shall be added as order processing fee. This fee is non refundable in case of cancellation of order by customer.

Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation advice of orders must be received at least 24 hours before delivery date and in case of Plum and Fruit cakes at least 7 days before delivery date. A flat fee of 10 % of the value of the cancelled order (excluding delivery charges, if any) shall be charged as cancellation fee.
