Since you’re trying to cut your body fat and develop incredible abs, why not do what the people with the best abs around do? Why not model your diet on the diets of professional fitness models and bodybuilders. These people optimize everything they do to get their body fat down. That includes their diets. No matter how well muscled they are, if they have a layer of fat over everything, they will fail at their quest for the ultimate physique. They know, based on real world experience, which foods are best and worst to eat on your 6 pack quest.
I’m not complaining though, and who would when there could be a party involved, and even more, the possibility of cake and ice-cream? If you ask me it’s a crucial part of society as we know it.the celebrating together, not the cake and ice-cream (this point is still up for debate though.). So, without further ado, I wanted to share some of the more prominent events that make people in our little corner of the world (the USA in case anyone was wondering), crank out the party tunes, and root beer, or regular beer even (*gasp*).
Sorry. Exercising alone won’t burn enough kilojoules to make you lose weight if you’ve constantly got your snout in the trough. Wolf down a double cheeseburger and chips (5100kJ) and you’ll have to walk briskly for four hours to burn them off. Four hours. Unless you cut back on kilojoules as well, there’s not enough time in your day to lose weight through exercise alone, so any extra weight won’t be waving goodbye.
Birthday parties today are another way to let kids explore their creative side. A craft party is fun to do and can be held at a local pottery or craft store, such as Michael’s. Booking a party at a craft store is a great way for kids to be messy and you don’t have to clean up the mess! This type of party is easily done at home as well. You supply the activity and supplies – the kids bring their imagination.
Traditional party favors can also be included in these crackers. Noisemakers are a good choice, as are folded party hats. You can even include untied balloons.
Where I live, the first thing you MUST ask a new guest to your dinner table is, “Do you have any particular diet you follow?” Anywhere else in the world, a guest would be polite enough (and usually hungry enough) to eat whatever is set in front of him or her. Yes, I do want to know if you’re diabetic or allergic. I am happy to accommodate actual, physical problems. But anymore I could give a DAMN about being dictated to about your FREE Choice.
While having an action packed schedule looks good on paper, you do not want to wear out your guest of honor. It is a good idea to provide a few minutes of free time during the party schedule to allow your child to play with his guests. This equates into mingling at a child’s party. It is a good idea to allow some free playtime right after the cake and ice cream to help little ones run off excess energy.
Although fat is twice as kilojoule-dense as carbohydrates and protein, it’s brainless to avoid it altogether because you’ll just want to eat a whole horse, saddle and all. Fats keep you fuller for longer because they stop your stomach from emptying too quickly. Your body must get some fats to function properly. About a third of our kilojoule intake should come from fat. Too little fat in the diet can result in dry skin, wounds not healing properly, reduced immunity function and vitamin deficiencies. Plant fats (found in olive oil, nuts and avocados) and omega-3 fats (from oily fish like sardines, mackerel and salmon) are good sources of essential fats. There’s even evidence suggesting that omega-3s can help with weight loss.
